La Dolce Vita, the sweet life, constructed in 1896, underwent a complete renovation. The perfect location enhances this fantastic home; literally, 12 steps from the front door, your toes can sink into the beach of Long Sands.

This three-floor Victorian, which sleeps up to 14, is directly across from Long Sands Beach in York, Maine. The first floor has a fully stocked kitchen, a half bath, a living room, a dining room that seats 8, an office, and a front porch that looks out to the beach or ocean during high tide. The couch in the office and the couch in the living room pull out into a bed. The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms and a full bath. The third floor has 2 bedrooms as well as another full bath. Through the back door is a beautiful deck, patio, fire pit, outdoor shower (with heated water), spacious yard for activities and grilling, as well as ample parking.

Guests have full access to the first, second, and third floors at La Dolce Vita and the basement. By the back door is an electronic lock that you will have a personalized code for during your visit that provides optimal convenience for entry access. If technology is not for you, there will be a set of keys to use the old-fashioned way.
